Safety

The personal health and safety of each of CAAWS employees is of primary importance. The prevention of occupational induced injuries and illnesses is of such consequence that it will be given precedence over operating productivity. Our goal is ZERO accidents and injuries. CAAWS has a written safety manual for field employees with a required acceptance and acknowledgement sign-off. In addition, a cash bonus is paid every 30 days to all the employees on a crew if the entire crew goes 30 days without an accident. CAAWS’ current EMR Rating is 1.0 due to the total number of hours worked per year.
