Insurance
CAAWS will provide a certificate of insurance that will include General Liability coverage for personal injury and property damage in the amount of $2,000,000 and worker’s compensation coverage in the amount required by law. When required, CAAWS has provided site specific policies of up to $5,000,000 for an added expense. Upon request, CAAWS will name the owner and general contractor as an additional insured.
Bonding
CAAWS has a single project bonding capacity in excess of $1,000,000. We can secure performance and payment bonds for an added cost of 1.5% to 2.5% of the total contract value, depending on the project size.
